Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. I have shipped internationally in the past, however I am currently only shipping US orders from my website. If you are international, and interested in purchasing, please contact me! You can also purchase from here: erinjohnson.pixels.com. This site will fulfill your orders and ship directly to you. If you do not see the photograph that you are interested in, please email me - erin@erinjohnsonphotos.com

Q. What happens if an item arrives damaged?

A. If your items arrives damaged, I will replace the item at no additional charge. Please contact me with in 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and I’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Q. How are items shipped?

A. Photographs ship in 3-5 business days. Canvases ship within 1-2 weeks. Most items ship via USPS. Canvases will ship with FedEx or UPS. Tracking is provided for all US orders. 

Q. What type of paper are your prints on?

A. All photographs are printed on archival paper with a luster finish. I can also print on matte or metallic paper upon request. Frame and mat shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not included.

Q. Do you offer framed prints?

A. I do offer framed prints. If you see a photograph that is not currently listed as a framed print, please contact me so I can list it.

Q. Do you offer Canvases?

A.  Yes, I do. You may choose canvas or print from the dropdown menu on each listing. Canvases are ready to hang with pre-installed hardware. They are 1.5 inches in depth and finished with black backboard on a wooden frame. Depending on the image, your canvas may have mirrored or image wrapped edges. All canvases are printed with pigment ink for fade resistance and finished with a clear acrylic coat for protection.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Due to the custom nature of my items, I am unable to accept returns on canvases, pillow covers and any photograph larger than 11×14.

If your items arrives damaged, I will replace the item at no additional charge. Please contact me with in 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and I’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Q. Do you offer wholesale?

A. I do offer wholesale on bulk purchases of 10 or more items. Please email me if you would like to see a linesheet. erin@erinjohnsonphotos.com


Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Since I reside in Alabama, only Alabama residents will be charged 8.5% sales tax. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
